I am an artist based in Queensland, Australia. My practice is deeply rooted in the tradition of plein air painting. I love working primarily in watercolour, capturing the fleeting qualities of light, atmosphere, and colour found in our beautiful, Australian landscape. My approach to painting embraces spontaneity and sensitivity, allowing the natural world to guide each brushstroke.

I have always been drawn to painting outdoors, immersing myself in the environment, often responding to subtle shifts in light, shadow, and weather. My works reflect both the immediacy of the moment and the enduring beauty of the land, from expansive coastlines and rugged bushland to quiet corners of everyday scenery.

I hope to share my joy of observation, celebrating the connection between place and memory, with each painting becoming not just a record of a view, but a reflection of presence — of being fully attuned to the world around me and I hope to inspire others to step out into our natural world and enjoy its magic.
